Construction Architec
- Designing civil and industrial projects: planning, architecture, functional layout, 3D concepts, etc. Experience in designing high-rise buildings is required.
- Collaborating with internal design teams, coordinating structural, MEP, and fire protection disciplines, etc. Working with clients, receiving requirements, and defending design proposals.
- Reviewing design documents before submission to the investor and appraisal authorities.
- Assisting with legal matters: construction permit applications, fire safety approvals, feasibility studies, etc.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp, 3Dsmax, Revit,...
- Minimum 2 years of experience, graduated from University - College majoring in architecture
- Full benefits, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance,... off on holidays and Tet according to State regulations.
